Free 2-Day Shipping on Every Order
At Viezo, every order ships 100% free with no minimums, no hidden fees, and no import charges. We ship from our California warehouse so your order arrives fast — right here in the US.
Delivery Timeframes

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends are processed the next business day.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your package in real time
If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order please contact us at support@viezo.com
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.
No Import Charges
Because we ship from our US-based California warehouse, there are absolutely no import charges, customs fees, or surprise costs. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — nothing more.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While rare, if your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window please:
- Check your tracking link for updates
- Allow 1–2 additional business days for carrier delays
- Contact us at support@viezo.com if the package shows no movement for 5+ business days
We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no charge.
Damaged on Arrival
If your Viezo arrives damaged please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
- Email support@viezo.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos
We will send a free replacement within 2 business days at no cost to you.
